We do not collect any personal data.

Sibol has no sign-up, no login, no email or password, and no analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not have a server that receives your data.

The following information is created and stored locally on your device only:

• Mood check-ins — the moods you log and any notes you add.
• Journal entries — your private written reflections.
• Activity and streak history — which daily activities you completed and your “Halamang Sibol” plant progress.
• App preferences — settings such as language, notifications, and accessibility options.

This information stays in your phone’s app storage. Sensitive entries (mood notes and journal content) are encrypted on your device. It is not transmitted to us.

Your locally stored information is used solely to make the app work for you — to show your mood history, display your journal, grow your plant, and remember your settings. Because the data never leaves your device, it is never used for any other purpose, and never by us.

To be explicit, Sibol does not collect, transmit, or store on any server:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any account identifiers.
• Location data. (The app may show the HealSpace clinic’s fixed address on a map, but it does not request or track your location.)
• Advertising identifiers or analytics/usage tracking.
• Your mood, journal, or health-related entries.

Sibol may send local reminders (for example, a gentle daily check-in nudge), generated and scheduled on your device. These do not use a push server and do not transmit any data off your phone. You can disable them in your device or app settings at any time.

Sibol provides convenience shortcuts that you choose to tap. When you tap them, your device’s own apps open and that third party’s privacy policy applies — not this one. These actions are always initiated by you:

• Facebook Messenger — to contact HealSpace (m.me/healspacelipa).
• Phone dialer — to call the clinic or a crisis hotline.
• Maps — to view the clinic’s location.
• Web browser — to open the clinic website (healspacelipa.com).

Sibol does not share any of your in-app data with these services; it simply opens them.

Sibol displays Philippine crisis hotlines (such as NCMH, Hopeline, and In Touch) and emergency numbers for your convenience. Sibol is a wellness companion, not an emergency service or a medical device, and does not monitor your entries for risk. If you are in crisis, please contact a crisis hotline or emergency services (911) directly.

Sibol is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected, no personal information from children is gathered.

Your data lives only on your device and is protected by your device’s own security (screen lock, OS sandboxing). Sensitive mood and journal content is additionally encrypted in app storage. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, your information is permanently removed from the device. We hold no copy because we never receive one.

Because everything is local, you are always in full control:

• View / edit / delete any mood entry or journal entry inside the app.
• Delete everything by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it.

We cannot delete data on your behalf because we never have it.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, noted in the app.
